This is a picture of the rare samples, shortly before any work is done on them .... for shure, this one are also made of resine! I don’t know any producer who sells plastic bodies!?! A further but well know problem is the research for pictures of the car, where you can define the sponsors. So I am going to search for some in the web. But nothing will stop me to add this awesome car to my Le Mans 1970 collection.

And now: primed and sanded

So now it’s painted, it still needs a little bit silver paint and than I’m going to make the dacals on my own.

Great news: the right chassis was found.

In the time between I built the version from Bitume Slot Racing / Proto. So my last one is the red version.

Now the number 44 is nearly done. I still have to do some details.

A few details which I added: a new exhaust, backlights and the cockpit from a Chaparral 2F from MCCR and so on ….
I’m glad to have the three Chevron B16, from three different producers in my collection, the white #48 is a singlepart from MTR32, the green #49 from BSR (about 150 units) and the red #44 from Joan (about 10 units).
Here you can see all three cars together.
