Another car of my Hans Herrmann collection in progress. Chris Delco from Proto Slot Kits made this car under the "Ghostmodel" label. A friend of me asked me to paint also one car for him that's the reason why you will see two cars on the next pics. The kit contains two different decalsheets, a driver, inlet, photo etched parts, windows and some more little parts. And you can order a complete chassis with engine and rims also from Chris in France. Then you have everything you need to complete the kit. For my version I used a nice silver color with very nice metallic flakes from the "slotwerk" in Germany. But before I painted the cars I out some work into them. Sanding the cars and put on filler from Dupli Color.

The car was driven by Hans Herrmann and Edgar Barth. It reached the seventh place in Le Mans and they won also their class - respect!

The technical base fort he car was the Porsche 356B. It's very similar to the car Abarth made./p>

Check out if the high is right…

Painted:

Here you can see the interior with some color and details.

And my version with this decals.

Together with his brother form y friend.

And some pics after finishing the car.

I made a rollcage which was not included in the kit.

And the model got a racing grill.
